Methuli Mbanjwa is the co-founder and Executive Director of Forethought Africa, an advisory and management services company positioned to contribute towards the growth of business and investment opportunities across the African continent, with a strong focus on long term value creation and relevance to society, including social impact management and strategies for effective social investments. He is a multi-disciplinary professional with 17 years’ experience in industrial consulting, technology management, large scale commercial project development, project management, infrastructure financing and stakeholder engagement. He continually advocates for business practices that advance social sustainability and foster shared value strategies. He has experience as Director in both for profit and not-for-profit entities.
Methuli holds an MBA, a Master’s degree in Chemistry and a number of professional qualifications, including completion of the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership’s Prince of Wales Business and Sustainability Programme for Senior Executives. He enjoys reading, hiking and spending time with family and friends, and relaxation in quiet natural environments, and aspires to travel across the world on his motorbike.
