Just Share launches search for executive director to lead new era of impact

After 8 years of building and growing Just Share, our executive director, Tracey Davies, is stepping down. We are now on the hunt for a dynamic and visionary leader to guide us into our next chapter!

We’re looking for a determined, courageous, and innovative individual with a proven track record of making an impact. The new executive director will be instrumental in strengthening responsible investment capacity within the investment community, championing active ownership and strategic capital allocation to tackle the climate crisis, advocate for fair pay and leadership transformation, and contribute to the development of a regulatory environment that supports and incentivises a just transition to a low-carbon, inclusive and resilient economy.

We are also recruiting for a Climate Finance Analyst to support Just Share’s strategy and deepen the organisation’s work in climate finance and responsible investment. The candidate will work across research, advocacy, activism, and stakeholder engagement to build sector capacity, expand regulatory influence, and integrate climate justice into financial decision-making.
