Shanét Le Grange, Just Share’s Operations Manager, a 2024 Mail & Guardian Young South African

Mail & Guardian has recognised Shanét Le Grange, Just Share’s operations manager and executive assistant to the executive director, in its 2024 cohort of 200 Young South Africans, in the civil society category.

Now in its 19th year, these awards celebrate young leaders who are committed to the development of South Africa and to having a positive effect on society.

Effective activism requires a solid organisational foundation, and Shanét plays an integral role in advancing and organising Just Share’s advocacy and activism efforts.

Shanét provides extensive and critical support to the programme teams and ensures the smooth functioning of operations. She has also been pivotal in developing and cementing Just Share’s culture and values.
