Just Share’s Head of Social Impact, Kwanele Ngogela, has been recognised as one of the Mail and Guardian’s 200 Young South Africans for 2026. Kwanele joined Just Share in 2022 as a Senior Inequality Analyst, where his work contributes to broader governance and legislative discussions aimed at strengthening oversight of executive remuneration and advancing workplace equity.
As a 200 Young South Africans for 2026, he is one of the 16 honourees in the civil society category, joining a cohort of South Africans under 35 who are shaping the country’s future through their hard work and dedication.

Kwanele’s academic journey reflects his deep commitment to environmental stewardship and social equity. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Sustainable Development from Stellenbosch University, where his studies included Corporate Governance and Sustainable Cities. This multidisciplinary training equipped him with a strong understanding of the complex relationship between business practices, environmental sustainability and social responsibility.
