Carmen joined Just Share in June 2023 with over 15 years’ experience in the Asset Management Industry. Prior to Just Share, she was Chief Human Resources Officer at Managed Service Provider, ZaGenie, and Human Resources Manager at Vunani Fund Managers. While at Vunani, Carmen served as the asset manager’s Human Resources Manager and labour relations specialist. She also played an integral role in the support of its executive committee.
Carmen’s proven track record in human resources strategy development and management – as well as in the successful introduction of the HR function to high performing teams to support a culture of open communication, positive career progression, and personal growth – will stand her in good stead as she helps to optimise Just Share’s invaluable human capital.
Her qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, as well as an Honours degree in Applied Psychology, from the University of South Africa (UNISA).
